It has been discovered that the update to Joomla 3.9.16 fails if your Joomla site has duplicate usernames. This is a very rare situation which may exist due as a result of migrating users from one Joomla site to another directly in a database. In this video we'll see how to search for duplicate usernames in Joomla and how to correct them if you find any.
