MCP for RSTicketsPro

You will need RSTicketsPro by RSJoomla first. This subscription gives you the MCP tools for RSTicketsPro — it does not include RSTicketsPro itself, which is a separate product from RSJoomla. Install RSTicketsPro on your site and these tools work.

Adds 20 MCP tools to MCP for Joomla that wrap RSTicketsPro — listing and reading tickets, messages, notes, history and attachments, plus posting replies, adding staff notes, and closing, reopening, flagging or reassigning tickets.

Turns your helpdesk into something an AI assistant can actually work in: triage the queue, draft replies in your voice, and summarise a customer's whole history before you answer.

Requires: MCP for Joomla (free) and a licensed copy of RSTicketsPro.
