2. Services Provided
We provide web development, design, hosting, and related digital services ("Services"). Specific terms and agreements related to each service will be provided in the project proposal or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary content, images, and relevant project details in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested materials may affect project timelines and costs.
4. Payments and Fees
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon project acceptance. Remaining payments are due upon project milestones or completion, as outlined in each contract.
- Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly late fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the property of Cybersalt Consulting Ltd. until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the deliverables as per contract terms.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Revisions and Approvals
- Projects include a set number of revision rounds, as specified in each contract. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all project stages. We are not responsible for errors once client approval is given.
8. Data and Backup Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of their accounts and data. Cybersalt Consulting Ltd. is not liable for data loss or corruption resulting from client actions, third-party issues, or any other causes.
9. Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Fees for work completed will be due at termination.
10. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Victoria, British Columbia.
