I am a beginner with Joomla. I have completed a series of basic lessons. A simple test website was made with Joomla and its default Cassiopeia template on my local host computer with Apache and Xampp.
But I do not see how to use the Joomla application to work on a different site. Do I download another Joomla application for that and create a new site? Or, it would seem that a new site is made through the same Joomla app already loaded.
