Basics of getting started with Claude

I watch so many youtube videos and seems like all the AI offerings change every week. I chose Claude to get started with because it seems all the developers that use Joomla use it. I have mostly just used "chats" and "projects" I know that there are "Artifacts" exist, but I am unsure if they are important for the tasks I want to do. I am sure "Skills" are important and I have watched countless videos on how to make them, but just can't wrap my head around it. The Joomla Brain Tim has been working on in Github seems like it contains a lot of information that I would like Claude to know when working on my projects. I guess I will be learning Github next I am assuming my Claude can read Tim's Joomla Brain since it is public, right?
