Since #Joomla 3.8.8, the default text filter type for the Access Control List (ACL) group "Administrator" has been "Default Blacklist." If your site was created with Joomla version 3.8.7 or prior, and you do not have any "Administrator Group" users that you wish to have full access to type or paste anything in an article or editor instance anywhere else, you should change the filter type to this new default setting.
